Hello Vikings!
It’s a calm day on Floki Island, and we’ve got a fresh batch of updates covering everything from racing to battlefield balance, animation polish, and community support. Whether you're climbing the ranks or exploring the island, these changes aim to make your adventure smoother and fairer.

Updates & Fixes
We’ve cleaned up a number of bugs and quirks, most of them too minor to list out here. Below are the changes you’ll actually notice:
- Gauntlet Surges – Immortal Gauntlet Surges no longer follow three fixed time slots. Jarls and Huscarls can now activate a Surge at any time, once per day, and it will last for 6 hours instead of the previous 1-hour duration.
- Orni Balance - Orni’s Meditate ability has been adjusted for better balance across both PvE and PvP. Orni now heals for 15% of max HP when alone, 10% with one ally, and 5% with two allies on the battlefield.
- Referral XP Bug – We fixed an issue where referred players were only receiving 25% of the intended XP bonus instead of 125%. This has now been corrected.
- Chest Drop Rates – We've resolved an issue affecting chest drop logic and updated the drop rates accordingly. Rewards should now feel more consistent and in line with expectations.
- Tyrbo Tricks - Huge props to those of you who found creative ways to tear through the race and set blazing-fast times. Your ingenuity didn’t go unnoticed. That said, we’ve patched out those exploits and reset the leaderboards to ensure every top time is earned as intended. We also fixed various bugs related to the race and made boost pickups behave more consistently.
- Grabbur Animations - Several Grabbur animations have been updated, fixed, and properly named.
- Hex-ray Mode - We fixed visual issues in hex-ray mode, including incorrect colors and related display problems.
- Seed Phrase & Private Key - The Seed Phrase tab on the account page has been replaced with a Private Key tab. This new method offers a secure and reliable way to back up your data and ensure account recovery. It works just like the previous system, but now lets you copy (to clipboard) your play account’s private key or download it as a text file.
- Vera Level-up Rewards - We’ve addressed a tricky bug involving stat allocation and new abilities not being applied properly. We believe the issue is now resolved, but please keep an eye out. If it resurfaces, we’ll be quick to squash it again.
- Valhalla Wiki 🇨🇳 Chinese Version - We’ve released a Chinese version of the Valhalla Wiki to better support this important part of our growing community.
